Unlike most financial firms we combine all disciplines under one roof. This includes financial planning, investment management, tax planning and preparation as well as legal document preparation such as trusts, LLCs, and charitable organizations
If you are coming from a firm or culture that competes against each other, or you have been working on your own island and you like that, please consider the different culture of having to work and communicate on a team and with other disciplines within the same office. If you like the internal competition, we will not be a good fit for you. If you are focused only on your income and revenue, please don't apply. Technology
Ninety percent of our work with clients is remote. While we do have physical offices, we focus on virtual meetings to keep our time and clients time efficient. Our firm is built upon cutting edge technology which means if you are "old school" and still want to use spreadsheets and paper, we are not a good fit. You must possess a passion to learn new technology and be curious about how to create more efficacies in your day. More efficient work results in more time spent with clients and working on clients plans. If you don't accept change easily and don't adopt technology easily, please don't apply as this will only frustrate you and cause less than an excellent experience for clients.
